Israel Passport Case Returns to the Supreme Court

Wading into the minefield of the Middle East, the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday agreed to review the constitutionality of a federal statute that lets Americans citizens born in Jerusalem list "Israel" as their birthplace on their U.S. passports.
